Spirit Guides....... What and Who are they?
Guides are beings who have chosen to work with us at this time to enable us to access high-level
information to assist in our growth. Our Spirit Guides are friends who we know, love and
recognise when we are in spirit form. We worked with our Spirit Guides in the non-physical
realm and picked them to join us in the journey of this lifetime. We picked them to help and
